"Received my 3018 pro CNC router in the mail put it together following a video guide fairly straight forward. Make sure to use loctite when building! Had my X axis already pop out once due to set screw loosening after resolving my power supply issue. Booted it up to test, first attempt spindle was not spinning correctly was spinning in short bursts due to the Power supply being faulty. After a quick google search came to the conclusion it was in fact the power supply which is a common problem with these units so I sent customer service a message. They requested video proof, so I said, if you must sure. Sent in the video reluctantly as if it’s a common problem and I was able to deduce it why do you need video proof....messaged me back 3 days later to tell me they can’t see the video....3 days...to figure out they can’t view it. Then eventually a few days later after re sending they send me tracking info with my new power supply on its way from Asia they shipped express which I guess is ok but just felt a little silly it took almost 2 weeks to resolve the issue that is a common problem. No extra drill bits or anything included with the power supply for my troubles and delays which if they had included would of been 4 stars."

"No tech support what so ever and they don’t reply. Very consumer unfriendly product since having to rely on tech information on Facebook groups. Watching YouTube videos that start as if you already know all about the product, so that’s no help for a beginner CNC user. Have it for almost two months and have not been able to do anything with it. Pieces keep falling apart or freezing up. XYZ drive nuts fall apart when it starts to move, if you can get it to move at all. And that’s just one thing, too many things to mention. It’s too late to return the machine now. I am very dissatisfied, unhappy and very disappointed with the outcome of this product. I would definitely advise future purchasers to stay away from this company. "

"Overall the machine (3018pro) is easy to assemble. Relying upon the instructions provided to begin actual operations is lacking, to say the least. Unless one is acquainted with the software that runs the machine, getting it to run will take time. In my opinion, for what it's worth as a novice, a pictorial one step at a time is needed. There is a 17 page work sheet called "Getting Started" provided on the cd disk which probably makes sense to one versed in Grbl programing, but not to me. What I'm looking for is some pre-programed carvings that can be used and installed. Show me how to set the machine, I will take it from there."
