"I am running the Genmitsu 3018, router and 5.5 watt laser. The quality on the CNC is excellent. Precision machined parts that go together great. Instructions were clear and set up was simple. Documentation was solid and very straight forward. Software also works very well and it is very compatible with several versions of software for milling and laser etching. Cost, is also very hard to beat, in particular when you consider the quality of the product. However, here is what blew me a away. I purchased the laser unit, it worked well and then I ran into a problem. The documentation and trouble shooting was pretty straightforward. I provided a reasonably detailed explanation of the issues I was having and the e-mail response was you need a new laser unit. Worried at first, I was highly impressed to hear... it was on it way. WOW. I can not say enough. Great product, great customer support. Perfect for teen looking to become a maker. Hard to go wrong with Sainsmart! Exploding Fistbump Sainsmarters!"

My kit was missing two parts and it took a long time to get replacements.
I was sad to hear that Sainsmart does not sell replacement parts.
