"I bought a set of multiple sensors using their FREE offer (only paid for shipping), I tested 3 of them... 1 did not work, the other worked sometimes (not always returned a value) and the third one (PS2 / Joystick) only returned values in a small section of its range of usage. Wasted time!... I know they were "FREE"... but that is not an excuse to to sell non-working products."

I bought an Ender-3 3D printer from Sainsmart and it works great, I love, love love it. Put it together and everything is going great. Then the belt controlling the x-axis was slipping and my print jobs were totally being thrown off. I was crushed but the printer was so good that I just emailed Customer Service that night and next day, I think like 6am-ish, Lynn replied back with pictures and instructions on how to tighten the belt. I did it and BOOM, everything is great! You can get these 3D printers everywhere/anywhere what changes the game is customer service and Sainsmart is on top of it. AND FAST! This is my biggest win point, you have a 3D printer and it is almost a shame when it is not running and having to wait on a response to a problem just makes you frustrated everyday you don't hear something. But they got back to me first thing next day with the solution. I can't say enough! I am definitely looking to Sainsmart for more products. They won me over, 100%! "

"I've had a lot of fun routing stuff out of pine and basswood. For the size of this machine its been pretty impressive leaves pretty good finishes and it follows what you make to a T. It would be cool if they make one with a little more surface area to route bigger items but its a very good starter machine to mess around with.
