"Went to samsung.com to find where to order a replacement remote but couldnt find anything in search. So, I went to duckduckgo to find where to order and then samsungparts.com popped up in the results. Once there, you can use MODEL#, ORDER# or KEYWORD to search. Took a few minutes to find exactly what set of code/numbers to use to order a replacement remote for my 2017 Samsung TV. The writing on the remote is so small, I had to take a picture with my camera just to accurately read them. Small remote 50 bucks and then shipping is another 10 for up to a 2 week delivery window. No bueno. Love the product while it worked though."
