"I tried, and tried, and then tried again to resolve this through your website. AND I did so when the warranty would have been honored. But because I didn't have time to work around YOUR system until after the holiday, the warranty expired. So I now had to pay for a leaky pitcher -- and outrageous shipping fee for something that that NEVER worked -- which clearly is a problem for you as there are lots of places that reference a leaky pitcher! We are building a new house -- this refrigerator was my first Samsung appliance - but will now likely be my last. "

J & J International Phone Response Needs Attention

"I have been trying for days to get through on the phone. Today it was just a recording of a voice over and over again saying you were understaffed by the Corona virus. The computer voice was not pleasant to listen to. Ended up calling Samsung direct and then a VERY helpful person walked me through your website and finding the part. It's a shame that your company got my business but when I called Samsung direct they said that your company supplied the parts. Please consider changes to the phone feature of your customer service because right now it is a HUGE waste of time. I give J & J a rating of 1. But Samsung at 1.800. 726.7864 gets five stars. That gentleman at that number was the only reason I was able to find the part! I wish I had remembered his name."
