It's a shame that your company got my business but when I called Samsung direct they said that your company supplied the parts. Please consider changes to the phone feature of your customer service because right now it is a HUGE waste of time. I give J & J a rating of 1. But Samsung at 1.800. 726.7864 gets five stars. That gentleman at that number was the only reason I was able to find the part! I wish I had remembered his name."
