"You need to let customer know that the minimum order amount is $6.00 as soon as they hit the Checkout button. Waiting until the end to discover that you are padding the amount as handling up to $6.00 is not good. Also, there is no way to click on the previous steps in the process in order to go back and change the quantity. You should be able to change the quantity of an item in your cart more easily."

"The only problem is finding the right website to find your parts. I went to Samsung Corp site and found them. After going to one of the competing AppliancePartPros.com They had a chat window with a live person they said I could not find the parts I wanted for my refrigerator. RFG298HDRS/XAA-00 They said that that I could not buy the clear plastic facial plates for the shelves /bins in the doors of my Fridge. So instead of $15 for the faceplates I can buy here. They were suggesting the only thing I could do was to buy the $60 full bin with clear plastic plate. They did not suggest anything else. For me I thought that was the only options. So instead of paying$180+tax = Over $200 I paid less than $100. I will be back . Fair priced nice site paid with PayPal. This is what a website experience is supposed to be. Not like trap me into wasting money but getting the best value for the money I earn. No question I will be back. thank you for the help. The only thing I would add is someone on call through cell phone etc for a chat if someone has a question. That surprised be with the other site. They were available after about a 4 minute wait. That was nice."
