Part was easy to find

"The part I needed is just a 2" x 2" x 1/4" cooling fan. They normally cost less than $5.00 but this proprietary fan has 4 wires and cost $19.35 and another $7.95 for shipping! "

Great Chatting experience & Site improvements needed

"I found Customer Service to be very helpful to make sure that I ordered the correct parts. There are some things about the site that could be improved, though:
1. Explain somewhere that Model number looks very different on different products and show customers where to find that number.
2. I know that it's not fair, but as a customer in the age of Amazon, I don't expect to pay $25 in shipping for 3 relatively small parts and to not even have weekend delivery at that!

"I was told the part I wanted to order was in stock, but this tells me that the part may not be available for shipping? Also spent hours on the phone trying to find the hardware that is supposed to come with a specific samsung model and I there was not an answer. Apparently nobody in this organization or Samsung for that matter can tell me."
