Poor communication

"I placed an order some months ago, when I enquired on the state of my order I was told that it was lost,and that would receive a full refund, after checking my bank statement for the refund, which was not refunded, I again sent an email to say that it has been dispatched, however, because i was told that it had been cancelled, I have already purchased the same items else where, so I consider this type of customer service, poor communication at its best."

"The website was fine but this is the 3rd ice tray I have had to order because your ice machine is possibly the worst ice machine of all refrigerators. It keeps dropping large chunks of ice because the water freezes in large chunks and then the auger pushes the large chunks so hard that pieces of plastic break away. Complete POS "

Non-intuitive website

"It was completely unclear what information was needed to find a replacement part for my refrigerator. I wasted at least 30 minutes, first calling Samsung, not hearing an option for my exact problem, then finally selecting the option to get a text.

On the website, there was no simple way to say "Order a shelf" for ____Model. The pictures of the replacement shelves were mostly unclear. I had to re-type my model # at least 5 times, and it never seemed to make a difference. I still had to select individual shelves, then read through all the Model numbers to find the one I have.

This was a frustrating, unsatisfactory experience. It could be so much easier, with a better web design, and more specific options.

Painless Replacement

"During a move, I lost the power supply and remote for my Samsung TV, went on line to look for replacements but was nervous about using non Samsung products, so I went to the Samsung site, entered my model number, and was able to order the right parts without worrying"
