"Recieved my refub incanto delux on time so that's the first plus, opened the box and followed the quick set up instructions and it went well. Somehow I ended up putting the thing in a rinse mode thru the menu system and couldnt make it stop, I had to google it because unplugging it nor power switch changed the rinse, just kept dumping the water, found the answer on google and all I had to to was take the water tank off while it was rinsing and it stopped... Lol. I'm probably not the guy to best answer if this machine makes an excellent cup of espresso because I'm sure I am just a novice but I will say that I have been making a 5 shot whole milk iced latte every morning for the last 6 years with a manual machine I bought at a Starbucks which happens to be made by seaco and was branded for Starbucks. I've also been buying Starbucks espresso roast and having them grind it about every ten days for the last 6 years as well. I drink an iced latte because after years of drinking the coffee when used in the military I found cold coffee to not give me indigestion. My normal routine took about 14 min to get my latte, this machine does it in less than 3 and tastes better. It is very easy to use and has saved me 66 plus hours a year.. I'm sure the excitement of having my espresso come so effortlessly will eventually wear off but for now I just get tickled inside to watch it pour my shots out with the push of a button. I only gave the 4 star rating because thier are a couple of things missing in the box, filter, water hardness test stick and bypass doser.. Not sure if they were not included because I bought a refurb unit or if you have to pay for them separately, if so I would have if I had known they weren't included. Otherwise it's a perfect score.
