"We just got the machine last night, so it is way too early to comment on our main concern, longevity. However, so far we are very impressed with its appearance and the few cups of coffee it has produced. It is replacing a Jura E8 that we have had for seven years and over 10k cups of coffee. It was a great machine except for the on going problem with completing its brew group cycle. I can't complain as we never had it serviced and it was still operating but with more frequent Error 8 messages. This problem kept us from buying another Jura. The Saeco's removable, cleanable brew group was the deciding factor to change brands.

So far our limited exposure to Seattle Coffee Gear has been great. The machine arrived on time and the assistance provided over the phone was exceptional. With its extended warranty and gift card it was the best deal on the internet. We are planning on using them for our future coffee needs. "
