I naturally always tend to select the most expensive model possible (bad trait) but Brian helped me pick the best model bed for by needs, which tended to be more firm of a mattress. I kept trying to upset myself, but Brian really kept me oriented to the best bed. I then asked questions about adjustable beds, did my own research, and again with Brian's input selected a Leggett and Platt model that I think will be perfect. I'm a research type person and Brian handled all of my technical questions immediately."

"My wife and I slept on a Sleep Number bed for years but there was never a number for either of us to prevent back pain so we tried many top rated mattresses and bed-in-a-box offerings with no luck. We went back to Sleep Number and their i8 mattress seemed better with it's soft topping but I was aware that it only had a single air-chamber per side and began looking for multi-chamber air beds. I found several but the best ratings and options were at Select-A-Bed with 6 chambers. I called to find out more and Gerald Misemer at Relief-Mart took the time to answer lots of questions and helped pin-down the best options for my wife and I given our size, weight, problems, how we sleep and so on. He was genuinely concerned that he found our best option and I ended up getting an Air-Pedic 800 mattress with a Split-King Adjustable frame. His recommendation was not for their more expensive mattresses that I was considering (and they have lots of options) and also far less than the equivalent Sleep Number configuration. The described construction of the mattress was in every way better quality, better edge support, built to last longer and cooling air transfer with a lumbar support middle chamber that Sleep Number doesn't offer. I am anxious to get it and will report back then but very impressed with Mr. Misemer and his staff's politeness, patience and customer attention."
