Selectabed addressed all the issues I have with my current bed on their website. I feel sure my new bed will be the improvement I am looking for.
Customer Service cannot be beat. I have never experienced such knowledgeable sales people. They are NOT PUSHY. They are simply informative. I spoke at great length with Alec and Brian. "I emailed Selectabed regarding their air mattresses after reading some of their prior reviews online. I also researched the "Number Bed" but didn't like what I was seeing as far as customer satisfaction with their mattresses and I know the prices are higher to pay for their advertising and brick & mortar stores. I received an email back from Stephanie was asked me what type of mattress I was looking for and information on my wife and I has far as weight, height, etc. She then gave me some options to choose from with no pressure to buy anything. I decided on my own to move up one model number and go with the middle of the line adjustable base. My credit application was run and I had my answer in minutes. I telephoned Stephanie who went over my order to assure that I was getting what we had talked about in the emails. She answered a few more questions that I had and she processed my order and sent conformation emails within fifteen minutes. If the mattress is as good as the customer service, my wife and I are in for some comfortable sleep."

"We worked with Juan who was very helpful in the whole process. We were able to determine which bed to select based on our experience visiting a sleep number store and finding the best fit for us. That took a lot of worry away, because we were essentially able to try a bed out beforehand, even though we don't live in California and couldn't visit their store to try their beds for ourselves. One disappointment we've had is that our bed doesn't seem as soft as the sleep number bed we used to choose it. Otherwise, we are very happy with our adjustable base and the bed, generally speaking. We just need to figure out how to get our bed adjusted to our comfort levels. The price was great compared to what we would have spent to buy another Sleep Number bed (we were sleep number owners for 18 years). We felt we couldn't beat the price or the warranty Select-A-Bed was offering. Time will tell if it was worth the switch, but we're confident it will. We received our bed about 3 weeks after purchase. There was a small hiccup with the company who provided white glove delivery, but we got it worked out without any problem."

"Our customer service rep. Gerald Mismer is truely a saint. I called back 4 times with a million questions. He always made me feel like it was important to ask the questions and he answered them with great knowledge about the product. We are coming from another air adjustable bed which we had for 15 years. After doing a ton of research we decided to try a latex mattress and hated it. We soon remembered why we had chosen an air system all those years ago. We are looking forward to our new mattress.
