"I had placed a order purchase in March from this seller. The order was updated a week later to received and that it will be shipping shortly. After a few weeks, I had emailed to find out if there was a shipping confirmation, nothing. Few more weeks, I had emailed and nothing. I called and was told someone would call me back but no one ever did and still no shipment to this date. I would just like my order fulfilled and completed as promised by the company."

"Placed parts order 3 months ago. First message I sent was ignored, second message had a non assuring reply from parts manager. No more replies from Serra Toyota after that. I see from the reviews they are still taking new orders and fulfilling those in 2 or 3 weeks. Credit card was charged 3 months ago. Seems they are "punishing" those who ordered for Toyota's parts sale and with lower dollar amount orders. They should not treat customers this way."
