After a few weeks, I had emailed to find out if there was a shipping confirmation, nothing. Few more weeks, I had emailed and nothing. "Placed parts order 3 months ago. First message I sent was ignored, second message had a non assuring reply from parts manager. No more replies from Serra Toyota after that. I see from the reviews they are still taking new orders and fulfilling those in 2 or 3 weeks. Credit card was charged 3 months ago. Seems they are "punishing" those who ordered for Toyota's parts sale and with lower dollar amount orders. They should not treat customers this way."

"Online parts shopping and ordering was great, but its been 16 days. Not any followup, I sent an e-mail at 7 days, no response. I sent another e-mail at 14 days, no response. I called today and was told they were swamped from a prior sale and I should send an e-mail. I understand being busy, I understand being slow. I don't understand 16 days go by with two text sent and not a word back. All that I want is an update. order #9697934. If there was any communication it would be 5 stares
UPDATE: Just got notice that my order has shipped. I can understand why it took just over 3 weeks. (catching up from big sale, crazy busy). My complaint is lack of communication. That being said I will order again and under normal conditions and will expect to give a 5 star review"

"Ordered two painted parts for my 2019 Tundra. When they arrived (the next day mind you) the paint was not the same as my truck. it was shades darker. So Eric got another set for me. That next day on the second set.. it too was darker than my truck.. so he worked to get that second set sent back and a refund for me. They were super helpful and although this purchase didnt pan out, it wasnt by a lack of great customer service from Eric and Dwight and his team. Thanks again and I will def be back!!! "
