"I ordered online and the order went through just fine. Took a few days and had not heard anything. So I contacted Eric and he advised me they were getting way more orders than anticipated. He indicated that my order would likely ship by the next Friday. On Saturday, I had not yet seen any change. Sent an e-mail and got a very quick reply and he indicated that he would pull the order himself on Monday and get it shipped. He kept his word and I received my key fob and blank by the Thursday of that same week. Took it to a locksmith and got the computer erased and both my existing key and the new one cut and programmed in. Thank you Eric."
