"Called beforehand and wanted to confirm a part number ***-***-**** (Crankshaft) was in stock before I ordered it. They told me they had one in the warehouse, so I placed the order online. 3 hours later, I get a cancellation notice due to it not being in sock (unable to locate).
Was disappointed, but it was late so I slept on it.
I get a call in the morning from the warehouse manager explaining why they cancelled it, but also that Toyota had said they were out of stock, yet a shipment arrived with my missing part!! He told me to place the order again online and he offered it at a discount for the inconvenience. Arrived in prefect condition 4 days later, fast shipping to Houston Texas! I'm now able to complete my engine rebuild in time for Christmas."

The only negative thing I would say is that I thought shipping would be free, since the order was over $75, but when I placed the order, there was no place to put in the code to receive free shipping. I didn't hit "submit" for the order as I was going to inquire about the free shipping, but the order was already placed. "

"Bought 16" Dark Anthracite Alloy Wheels off website and in description it said nothing on having to buy center caps separately. Wasn't told this until after they were installed. Had to wait another day to get those ordered and installed."
