Needed to get the oil changed in my mother-in-laws 2011 RAV4. When I pulled up a gentleman greeted me right away and checked the battery and alignment. Then Amanda got me checked in. The car had not been serviced in some time so I opted for the 90k service.
I waited in their customer waiting area and Amanda kept me up to date on their progress. She then explained what they had done and recommended 3 items that potentially needed to be done to the vehicle. While I only opted to address 1 of the 3, I have no doubt this dealership was looking out for the long term care of this vehicle.
In all a great experience and I plan on returning!"
