I am very happy about the response time on my most recent purchase of a rear quarter glass replacement. It arrived sooner than expected and was packaged very securely. The reason I gave a lower score rating is that it did not include any information regarding torque specs for how tight to tighten the bolts when attaching the glass. I reached out to the parts department to ask what the torque specs should be and I have not heard back. I would hate for my new glass installation to shatter because I inadvertently overtightened it."

"Serra does a good job but they are extremely slow in ordering parts, receiving parts and contacting the customer. I've ordered from Ourisman Toyota (formerly McGeorge Toyota) and they are quick as lightning getting your part(s) to you. I had my lower/upper ball joints order in hand within three (3) days with Ourisman. With Serra, it could take 5-12 days. If you're not in a hurry, Serra offers some great deals."
