"As I said in the title, it's a mixed bag. It's hard to find parts the way the website is set up - much easier to look up parts elsewhere and just plug in the factory part numbers here. Also, delivery times are never particularly quick, and often slow, honestly.
That said, you absolutely cannot beat the price and order processing/order history - both outweigh the negatives for me, personally. Plus, if needed, an actual human is only an email away (pretty reasonable response time there.)
I feel 4 stars is appropriate, but it would be 5 if the website functioned better for parts lookup and the orders were dispatched a bit quicker. On the whole, I really appreciate this option for genuine parts."
