"I called the Parts Department to get the Part Number for an outside door handle for a 2004 Tacoma Pre Runner front door Passenger Side and told the the young man I need the door handle for the Front Door Passenger Side. He asked me if it was the Left Side or the Right Side. I told him the Passenger Side. He gave me the Part Number for what I thought was the Passenger Side but when I got the part today it was the Drivers Side. I NOW understand the Left side and Right side is decided by your perspective as if you are in the Drivers Seat. I left the door handle to be returned and got the Part Number for the Right Side (Passenger Side) Door Handle so I can order the part needed. I had called before to get part numbers for different parts without any problems. I'm thinking this is a ONE TIME Oops and have Total Confidence in personnel in the Parts Department. Harold"

"At the time I placed my order I saw it would be ready to pickup in 1-4 days. I ordered on Sunday and called on Saturday to check my order status. The Serra Toyota Decatur employee who answered the call was not at all helpful. He just asked how many emails I’d received and told me if I haven’t gotten a email that it is ready for pickup then that means it is not ready. He never asked for my confirmation number to see if he could check on the status. When I did finally receive the email and went in to pick up my order it took forever. They looked in the back for it for 15 minutes, no exaggeration."
