HORRIBLE

"Bought and paid off early a mini chopper. The next time I go to purchase something they say I no longer have credit with them. Thank you! Who needs their absolutely horrible crappy merchandise anyway. STAY AWAY!"

It's real.

"It's like Fingerhut. Way overpriced but I've placed 3 orders about 150 each. Go exactly what I ordered. I sent a check for monthly payment. Paid it off. Did it two more times. Credit went up a little. Everyone I know who has used them (two) also got exactly what they ordered and still have their life savings. "

Toaster oven lmao

"I had 480.00 credit I try to buy a toaster oven I didn't go through lol so I call they tell me try again didn't work ..ask why they tell me try again lmao by time I get done trying again it look like I ordered 15 toaster ovens lmao now they tell me I can't get it I tried to order to much stuff lol stuff?? It's nothing but toaster ovens lmao I don't need all those toaster ovens lol so they tell me I'm suspended lmao for to much ordering . I say you guys kept telling me try again and again lmao so I did now they try in a month lol your loss of 182.00 yeah by the way whats it made of gold lmao I don't want it anymore you keep it "

Buyer Beware

" I have been an active customer for the last year. All payments on time and never missed a payment. Paid my account off 9/30/2022. I started Christmas ordering early. It showed that I had 480.00 credit available as of Tuesday 10/6/2022. I called and was unable to see why my order was not being shipped per the customer service agent. I was told to wait until Tuesday 10/11/22 to call back. Now the account shows $0.00 available credit. Called and was told that I would have to send money order or certified check. My credit report score has declined due to working with a debt management company due to unsecured high interest personal loans and for medical which is not visible due to not being allowed to show any medical info about me. They did not base my credit for all payments on time and never missed. November of last year ordered 355.00 in orders and now that I paid it off on 9/30/2022 and tried to place an order less than credit available of $480.00 and now as of today they removed all credit I had available last week. The quality of items last year was a disappointment but I still made all my payments on time and not missed. It took this company 10 days to tell me, I no longer have any credit with them. I was a good customer and my order and payment history were not used to determine my credit worthiness. Until today, statements and system showed available credit of $480.00, now shows $0.00 available.

Worst company ever

"So I had a $250 “credit limit” I have been with them for 8 statements so far. My very first purchase was $146 total. I just paid my balance of $17.50 off today. My credit limit still says $250, so I placed another order Sunday for $156. Well they are wanting a 33% down payment before they ship this new order. My credit limit is no longer valid. I just cancelled my whole account with them. They were rude and the lady brought up an old account (Montgomery Ward) from 6 years ago that was included into my bankruptcy. I plan to contact my attorney to have that straightened out. "

Poor customer service satisfaction

"I had a 1100.00 credit limit, 0 balance 1100.00 available credit, always made my payments & when I tried to place a order for Christmas I had to jump through hoops and after I placed my order and didnt get a bill I went online and found that they have changed my credit limit to 0 and available credit to 0. So after I pay this off 309.00 I will never shop with them or any of their affiliates again. I was not given a explanation as to why they did this other than they said I owed $ to swiss colony???? That was part of my past bill that was paid for since I used my seventhave credit card and that was a few years ago and I had paid off my account . So someone screwed me over. "

Unapproved /approved. Billed me anyway

"Was told the order could not be completed until they had more information regarding my declined credit. I “assumed” the order wasn’t complete but LO at 11:34 pm EST my card was debited. Meh. I tried to call the next morning during “business hours” (8-6 PT) to cancel the order and was told it was on a truck and couldn’t be stopped. Hmmmm. That took 5 minutes? Well. When it gets here I’ll just return it. WAIT. Fed x just sent me a tracking number!!! They picked it up today??? 24 hours later? I called fed ex to stop shipment and was told they have a restricted account. The order to stop it would have to come from the shipper. Ugh. I called them back. Was offered a supervisor to see what could be done. OMG she practically called me stupid. Her name is Lisa. Please don’t even try to talk to her. Condescendingly she sweetly said “we assumed if you placed the order you want the merchandise” (hear my falsetto?) Hmmm. Did you not hear me say the order wasn’t completed? I’m confused. You needed to SPEAK with me before completing the order!!! Now I’m angry. She continued : “we’re opened 24 hours, we don’t just close.“ Well not so I can contact you!!! I cancelled my credit card. They’ll continue billing me for years to come I can just feel that one coming. This is a very large canopy swing. I’m sure it’s heavy. I’m sure fed x would not like to drive that thing 6 states away only to return it. A simple phone call would have solved the whole thing. What’s that rule? If you receive something you did not request, it’s a gift? Customer service at its worst!!! "

Watch You Payments

"I am on the phone with this company now and tell me why I accidently made a payment to them while on line in a hurry. I thought I had made the payment to Midnight Velvet. When I was alerted that my payment to Midnight Velvet had not been made, I was confused and made the payment. Later I check my bank account and realized I had made a payment to Seventh Avenue. Well the problem was that I did not owe Seventh Avenue any payment and instead of them refunding my payment they sent the payment to Midnight Velvet who then received three payments. The payment I thought I made, a $100.00, and $150.00 payment. If you call these companies they say they are not the same company yet they transfer your money over to another company. I'm done!!! Just went to my bank account and sent the last payment to pay them off. Any company that does not refund a payment that is not theirs and sends it to any company does not deserve my business."

"I made an order with their catalog on their buy now pay later and of course the claimed that there was a problem with my credit reported to the credit bureau. Than they sent a bill for the full amount. when I call to find out why I was treated like a was a lower form of life. To say the least I cancelled my order and told the operator I would never order from them again. and I won`t."

Wow

"Ok first I’m told to place a order and I would have it by Christmas. 7 days before I get a letter stating that I need to make a deposit if my balance and my order would be processed so I called and ask why wasn’t I told this in the beginning because now I’m waiting on Christmas gift that’s not coming and the lady made me feel like
crap and telling me the reps u speak to
when placing a order don’t have that info I said if that’s the case why y’all tell ppl they will have there orders she said u can make a payment with your debit card I understand that but why wasn’t I told that 3 weeks ago . When u placing a order they keep telling your next item next item next item. Then when u call they say u have a big order. I have worked in customer service for 10 plus years and this is poorest customer service I ever seen

Robbery

"Loyal customer of Seventh Avenue. Ordered on 10/25/2019 a Portable TV a SuperSonic SC-499 for $149.99 + Shipping and Handling $22.95 a total of $172.94. Wife checked AMAZON and the same Portable TV SuperSonic SC-499 listed for sale $69.99 + Free Shipping and Handling. Wow did I feel dumb ! Called Seventh Avenue Customer Service and Customer Representative did not make any apologies but did offer a return free prepaid Fedex slip to return free of charge. Mind you I’m a loyal customer and for the price Seventh Avenue billed me for the Portable TV SuperSonic SC-499 I could of have purchased two (2) with a remainder of $32.96 which could pay for a good dinner. I know of profit for th merchant but this is robbery and to loyal customer. God knows how much I have been robbed by Seventh Avenue. Beware of the integrity practiced by Sevent Avenue."

"My only experience is that these Jack **** got my info from somewhere because I never ordered from them and I never even heard of them but they sent a package to a friends house in my name! Pretty awkward and pretty **** up! Will definitely make my phone calls to every agency and the Police Dept regarding these scammers and thieves. Shame on you ****! Can't get a **** dime out of me!"
