"HORRIBLE!!! Placed an order for copy paper with Shoplet. They were a bit less expensive then my usual carrier so I gave them a shot. Was told I would receive my order in two business days. 2 days came and went and no delivery. I contacted them and s/w someone named Brandon. Brandon is a joke. Must be some kid right out of high school or something. He was unprofessional and just didn't give a damn that my order did not arrive. He went on to tell me that my billing address was incorrect on my credit card. That was definitely not the case as I verified it was correct. Brandon then went on to tell me the order would arrive the next business day. Well guess what, no delivery. I called them again and s/w some other lady. She did not know why my order had not arrived and asked ME to call the shipping company. I've never heard of such a thing. Horrible, Horrible customer service. It goes without saying that this is the last order I ever place with these bozos. Stay away from this company!"

"This is the first and last time I'll do business with this Company. They sent me the wrong order and then when I contacted them they tried to pass the blame onto me. The customer service person named Brandon was an inconsiderate snot nose little punk with an attitude. Once they did finally acknowledge their mistake it was put on me to take it to UPS to deliver back....well BS. I wouldn't do it and demanded a pick up which I'm waiting on. I paid by Pay Pal and have disputed the transaction because I now want to inflict as much paperwork on them as possible. BEWARE....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!"

"Horrible experience. Not sure why Walmart.com sells items for these scam artists. They don't disclose their shipping up front through Walmart.com, (but they claim they do) Bought a $14.99 item and they charged me $7.50 shipping. The first time I saw it was on the confirmation email (several hours later) I tried to cancel immediately upon receiving the confirmation email, but they claim it already shipped (never got any email confirmation of this) Only resolution they offered was for me to refuse the delivery and they would refund the $14.99 but would not refund the $7.50. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Guy on the phone was rude. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!"

"I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a week ago, received a confirmation email that they received my order. A week goes by and no more communication and no delivery. I emailed customer service last night and got an automated response that someone would reply soon. This morning, I got an email that my account was being credited but no explanation as to why I was not going to receive the product. So when I logged onto may bank, I saw they never charged me until today and not only that but they charged me twice! So when I again emailed and told them to just cancel the order and refund the charges, hours later I get a response that the refund was for the second charge and my order has shipped but no tracking number. I have requested a tracking number proving they shipped my order before I notified them to cancel the order and if they can't do that, I am disputing the charges with my bank. Don't trust them, don't waste your time and your money. Awful service."

"Ordered something we needed from them because they promised delivery by Friday 9/5. We've been waiting and no show. I received a shipping notification saying it would arrive between 9/3 and 9/5. Now I find out it just shipped 9/5. I called and got tracking information and had to call freight company to schedule delivery myself. Paid more for product to get it by 9/5 all for nothing. They do not care. Won't ever shop here again. Very, very irritated."

Product ordered was clearly mis-advertised. When contacted, they give you the infamous run-around with pre-practiced fancy words !

There are plenty of other office supply sources to choose from, don't fall into this vendor's trap.

"I will never order from Shoplet.com again. Checkout was a mess. I created an account, tried to pay with my Paypal account logs me out and then asked me to log in again. The account I had just created did not exist! Confirmation page doesn't tell you when the package will ship or be delivered. Overall a terrible experience. "

"I purchased a dozen boxes of folders.I am down to the last five boxes and they are ALL damaged! Their warehouse policy does not allow them to replace the folders even though the boxes are in perfect condition. Unless you are using everything you purchase right away - stay away!"

"Shoplet ordering process is simple. The problem comes in their ability to deliver undamaged goods. We use fairly large quanties of rolled photographic paper. We started ordering from Shoplet mainly due to their ability to get the product to us in 1 day. Unfornately, we have reached a point where 50 percent of the rolls ordered come in damaged. The nightmare begins when you try to return the product. You have to wait for the warehouse that Shoplet sub-contracts to approve the return. This can take up to 7 days.

In the meantime, shoplet does not supply you another roll to replace the damaged roll you were shipped. Rather you are required to purchase more rolls to replace the damaged ones, then wait to see if you will receive your money back. This presents a problem, because if you are a small business, generally you cannot outlay more and more money for stock only to have half of it come in damaged. Then be expected to spend even more of your money to replace the stock you have already paid for, but have not been able to use. It becomes a vicious cycle. There are other suppliers (atlex.com being one) whose return policies do not penelize the buyer for something that is not their fault.

In a time when we struggle to stay cost effective for our own customers. Shoplet has squeezed us more than most. Thumbs down. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Dear Shoplet Customer Service:

My company purchased three safes on November 26th, 2012 via amazon.com. We have had an ongoing problem with one set of keys and one cabinet since December 7th, 2012. One set of keys, does not work in the assigned lock. I have been in contact with the Shoplet Customer Service about this issue numerous times. I feel there was not punctual action on your behalf. Although I did receive six follow-up emails from your staff, they replied with the same repetitive answer, “We are forwarding the information to the manufacturer.” I finally received an email stating a new set of keys would be sent, however, those were ALSO defective. I called and spoke to Jason (not before being forwarded to two other Jason’s) in Customer Service. I was told I had to wait, yet again, for a response from the manufacturer. I asked Jason, if he could follow-up with our company ASAP. I left him and his representatives two separate phone numbers, and I NEVER received another follow-up email or phone call. I finally contacted SentrySafe (manufacturer) myself to help rectify this problem. As of December 18th, 2012 an order for replacement cabinet/keys was placed.
I again, contacted SentrySafe to verify the status of our replacement safe on December 28, 2012. While speaking to their customer service representative, I discovered there is no record of contact from Shoplet, after the 11th of December, 2012. Basically I was continuously lied to from the Customer Service Department.
I am very disappointed with this entire situation. We purchased these safes from Shoplet because they were reasonably priced, and your company claims “We understand the needs of small and midsized businesses, and it's our passion to equip these companies with the tools and supplies they need to tackle the big guys. We promise to uphold the highest levels of customer service.” I feel these needs/promises in no way were met, and now at our companies expense has to wait until approximately January 18th to receive the new cabinet.
I understand fully, it is the manufacturers’ responsibility in replacing the defective item (and they have effectively taken care of this issue), but I believe your company should have put forth the slightest effort in helping resolve this ongoing issue. I also believe you need to try harder and follow-up on your company’s behalf via email and/or phone calls. If I had not have made the initial contact with SentrySafe, this issue would not be resolved. In the future, I hope your team corrects this problem from the first initial contact through the duration between your responses.
