"Shoplet ordering process is simple. The problem comes in their ability to deliver undamaged goods. We use fairly large quanties of rolled photographic paper. We started ordering from Shoplet mainly due to their ability to get the product to us in 1 day. Unfornately, we have reached a point where 50 percent of the rolls ordered come in damaged. The nightmare begins when you try to return the product. You have to wait for the warehouse that Shoplet sub-contracts to approve the return. This can take up to 7 days.
In the meantime, shoplet does not supply you another roll to replace the damaged roll you were shipped. Rather you are required to purchase more rolls to replace the damaged ones, then wait to see if you will receive your money back. This presents a problem, because if you are a small business, generally you cannot outlay more and more money for stock only to have half of it come in damaged. Then be expected to spend even more of your money to replace the stock you have already paid for, but have not been able to use. It becomes a vicious cycle. There are other suppliers (atlex.com being one) whose return policies do not penelize the buyer for something that is not their fault.
In a time when we struggle to stay cost effective for our own customers. Shoplet has squeezed us more than most. Thumbs down. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."

Dear Shoplet Customer Service:
My company purchased three safes on November 26th, 2012 via amazon.com. We have had an ongoing problem with one set of keys and one cabinet since December 7th, 2012. One set of keys, does not work in the assigned lock. I have been in contact with the Shoplet Customer Service about this issue numerous times. I feel there was not punctual action on your behalf. Although I did receive six follow-up emails from your staff, they replied with the same repetitive answer, “We are forwarding the information to the manufacturer.” I finally received an email stating a new set of keys would be sent, however, those were ALSO defective. I called and spoke to Jason (not before being forwarded to two other Jason’s) in Customer Service. I was told I had to wait, yet again, for a response from the manufacturer. I asked Jason, if he could follow-up with our company ASAP. I left him and his representatives two separate phone numbers, and I NEVER received another follow-up email or phone call. I finally contacted SentrySafe (manufacturer) myself to help rectify this problem. As of December 18th, 2012 an order for replacement cabinet/keys was placed.
I again, contacted SentrySafe to verify the status of our replacement safe on December 28, 2012. While speaking to their customer service representative, I discovered there is no record of contact from Shoplet, after the 11th of December, 2012. Basically I was continuously lied to from the Customer Service Department.
I am very disappointed with this entire situation. We purchased these safes from Shoplet because they were reasonably priced, and your company claims “We understand the needs of small and midsized businesses, and it's our passion to equip these companies with the tools and supplies they need to tackle the big guys. We promise to uphold the highest levels of customer service.” I feel these needs/promises in no way were met, and now at our companies expense has to wait until approximately January 18th to receive the new cabinet.
I understand fully, it is the manufacturers’ responsibility in replacing the defective item (and they have effectively taken care of this issue), but I believe your company should have put forth the slightest effort in helping resolve this ongoing issue. I also believe you need to try harder and follow-up on your company’s behalf via email and/or phone calls. If I had not have made the initial contact with SentrySafe, this issue would not be resolved. In the future, I hope your team corrects this problem from the first initial contact through the duration between your responses.

"I am so far very happy with Shoplet.com. They shipped the printer toner cartridges very quickly. They arrived the day after the order and they didn't charge anything extra for that quick shipping. I haven't used the toner cartridges yet. The printer indicates the toner's low but to minimize cost I need to wait until the toner is actually pretty much empty. The toner cartridges are actual Brother toner cartridges so there shouldn't be any major problem. "
