"I recently purchased a patio set with a fire pit table. Price seemed to be a little lower than other sites and the quality seems comparable. Shipping was great leaving their warehouse almost immediately. It took a little bit to get delivered but this is probably due to my location.

Overall the sales experience was excellent dealing with Logan was great. I had a minor problem with one of the chairs (feet missing) and this was taken care of immediately. Also had an issue with the fire pit that was shipped and Delva in Customer Service was great.

I contacted Customer Service, and the representative, Kim, was extremely helpful. I provided photo's of the damage to the shipping container and the Bar-B-Q, and she started a claim immeduately.
