"We ordered thru Amazon, but received emails from shoppers choice with the status of our order. Unfortunately, it took two weeks to find out that our set is sitting on a ship somewhere with no ETA. Amazons policy is to cancel the order under those circumstances. Bummer. We received an email from Erin at shoppers choice explaining what happened, and offering to help through their company directly. She followed that up with a phone call. We were shocked and amazed by her REAL customer service. Erin was able to help us find a different set that could be shipped right away. If I owned a company, I'd try to steal that girl. Great customer service. Will have to get back to you on the furniture in a couple of weeks. "

"I recently purchased a Weber grill and grill cover from Shoppers Choice. I bought from them because the on line reviews were excellent. While I usually am influenced by the customer service reviews, seldom do I need to use them. However in this case I needed to contact Shoppers Choice because the grill cover had a torn seam.
They responded to my email inquiry within 24 hours and are shipping me a new cover.
I will continue to do business with Shoppers Choice and encourage others to do so as well.

During the initial order the representative was very helpful ensuring that the items we ordered would fit within the spaces provided by our contractor. All items arrives within the stated delivery time although the ice maker was dented during shipping and so Kim, a 'Resolution Specialist', was immediately assigned to the case. Within 5 days we had a brand new ice maker and she arranged for pickup of the dented one. Prices were right and service exceeded expectations."

"Had parts on our expensive grill and door pit very very bad after not even 1 year and wrote to them to ask if they could help with my problem. A representative named Katie was there from the very start, which meant helping me try to find the model number which I did not have. After locating them she was able to contact the companies responsible for the parts and ordered them for me. She emailed me consistently for the next few weeks as to the status of my order and when they were planning on shipping them. She finally had an answer that they were shipped and when I would expect them. I told her she would hear from me directly, that I was away on vacation and would get back to her when I returned. My son called and said the parts had indeed arrived when she said. When I returned I replaced the handles on the doors and grill top and all of the burner knobs, all which were pitted.
