"I purchased two several hundred dollar appliances through ShoppersChoice.com. My contractor made a measurement mistake that made me order the wrong size appliances. I didn't find out they were the wrong sizes until I received and opened the shipped packages. I was under a very important deadline and had to have the right sized appliances arrive within 5 or 6 days at the longest. I encountered a return shipment charge issue in the beginning that I was displeased with, and I expressed my opinion to ShoppersChoice.com via e-mail. ShoppersChoice.com responded immediately and literally insisted that I contact them by phone concerning my return shipment charge issue. They were persistent in emailing and calling me to resolve my issue. I am very busy and intended on calling them, but never did. Once the returned appliances arrived at their department (despite me not calling them as requested in their numerous voice messages they left for me), they contacted me with all the return information and was "much more than reasonable" in regards to any charges that I could have rightfully incurred. In the end, I received my new appliances in plenty of time to beat the deadline and was able to return the two unwanted appliances. It's easy to assume that corporations and businesses are-just that-businesses without human feelings, but my experience with ShoppersChoice.com has really taught me that it isn't the type of business that makes them unlike the mom-n-pop shops where it seems like you know the employees... it is a lack of people working for the businesses that really care about how customers feel about their experience with that business. This is the first review I have ever wrote, and I can honestly say that ShoppersChoice.com has proven to me that they have real people who literally care about their customers' feelings! I am seriously amazed at the concern that was shown by ShoppersChoice.com about my experience with them. I highly recommend ShoppersChoice.com, and I will be making all my purchases, possible, through them from now on! "Super place to shop. I ordered an AOG grill from Shoppers Choice through Newegg's website. The grill was delivered on time, but unfortunately the outside package had a hole in it. I called Shoppers Choice and they advised refusing delivery, and were prompt about working to have another one shipped out. Most courteous and professional people to deal with.

Fast forward to the past week (19 months later), when I discovered that the flavor grids showed signs of rotting. I called Shoppers Choice, and mentioned that one of the igniters was also giving me problems. The grids were under warranty, the igniters were only warrantied for one year. Again, they were incredibly nice to deal with. They worked with AOG to replace both the grids and the igniters. I was sent several emails keeping me abreast of the warranty request, and the last email sent me a tracking number for the shipped parts.
