"I ordered some BBQ drawers that had some very slight flaws in the finish. Shoppers Choice shipped new door fronts. I also had a searing burner that shipped later and I didn't open it for a few months. When I did, I found the burner broken and damaged. Even though it had been several months they immediately shipped a new burner. I worked with Rochelle and I give her an A+ rating. "
