"Excellent site... I especially liked the many videos of the different bbqs sold by ShoppersChoice. After much deliberation and shopping in local stores, i.e. Barbecues Galore, etc. I returned to ShoppersChoice and selected the 36" AOG with cart.
It arrived 5 days after placing the order in a large heavy cardboard double box. Inside, the unit was wrapped in so much form-fitted padding that had it been crystal it still would not have had any dings. All exterior surfaces of the entire unit were also protected with something called Laserguard, somewhat akin to the covering on formica. This barbecue was without a doubt it was the best packed merchandise of anything I have ever received.
The only assembly required was screwing the 2 shelves to the main unit, putting batteries in the ignition switches, and fitting in place the flavor grids and cooking grids.
After everything was cleaned, I lit all burners -- everything worked perfectly. I am most pleased with my AOG unit, and expect it to last for many years.
