"I ordered a charcoal only grill from BBQ Guys for a big custom home I was building. The Home took a long time to complete and as a result, I did not open the box for the grill for over a year. We installed the grill, fired it up for the boys and it worked great but the knob for the access door melted. I called them and they did not hesitate to send out a new one which was improved not to include any plastic. I'm very impressed by their customer service. Not only was is way past their stated warranty period, they went even farther and sent out some more replacement items I critiqued. I will definitely buy from them again!"
