"what great people to do business with! I placed a order for a scope but realized i ordered the wrong mount so i promptly canceled the order and reordered the same item with the correct mount. I got cancel notification as well as confirmation of my reordered item. In the confusion they sent me both scopes but only charged me for the one. I called and let them know about the mistake and they kindly gave me instruction to send the second item back. I liked the item so well I thought I might keep it and use it in another application. I sent a email and asked if I could do that and just have them go ahead and charge me for the second item. I got a personal call and all was taken care of. Want to note that one of logs was cracked and chipped, however, as I am using the decorative ones and not actual "gas logs" and it's not too noticeable, i am not going to request a new one. However, in the future the packaging might need to be looked at, perhaps some additional precautions such as BUBBLE WRAP which is a WONDERFUL thing to have when shipping breakables. The logs were tightly held in cardboard, but that won't keep them from breaking if they are jarred or dropped. Other than that I have no complaints"
