"When I call and place an order, I want to know if the item is backordered right then. I do NOT want to find out a week later that it is backordered, that is when I am expecting to receive it! This is not the level of service I expect from Sky Mall. You guys need to figure out how to communicate in real time with your warehouse, or get information updated more regularly about the inventory you actually have available. Also, it is WAY too long to refund someone when you take 7-10 business days to do so, after I call to cancel an order. Unreal."
"We ordered a really expensive Christmas Tree and three very nice Christmas Wreaths. There was an error in the SkyMall catalog regarding the price. After much discussion between my wife and I, we ordered the tree anyway. The SkyMall rep gave us a discount for the error. After about 3 days, we learned that the tree was on back order. This greatly concerned my wife, who is really into decorating. We have a Christmas event this weekend, and believed that we'd be all decorated, minus the tree. To our amazement, the tree arrived last evening (12/4), which is about when we originally expected it. That was a huge surprise and relief. The wreaths arrived on 12/1, and one of the wreaths didn't work. We called to have a replacement sent to us, and we expect that delivery to arrive soon. Since then, I was able to repair the wiring and connection, luckily having the right tools. My wife loves the products so far, and it appears that we'll keep the 4th wreath also. We will be putting the tree up tonight. I'll be calling the Customer Service Rep to discuss the replacement wreath purchase. Overall, the customer service provided by several agents has been terrific. We will definitely shop with SkyMall again. "
"Horrible customer service. I received an email for 20% off my total purchase only to find out that my item wasn't available for discount. Then the email they replied back to me with was addressed to another customer. Unprofessional to say the least. Then I come to find out that my item is now on back order. Will never shop with them again. Hoping to return the purchase now that it's on back order but I'm sure there is some fine print on that too. "

"I logged onto the site on Cyber Monday. There was a scrolling banner at the top of the site, saying "25% off sitewide" which I assumed meant this offer applied to all items. I placed my order, only to find out after waiting on the phone for a half hour that the item I purchased did not meet the requirements for the discount. On top of having to pay full price, I wasn't even given a discount on shiiping. In the future, I will be visiting a local store for purchases so that I am not mislead and end up paying 30% additional for shipping of the items total cost."
"I ordered a watch on November 4th. It took for me to call them about an order that had not been shipped, I should've been notified that the item was on back order. I am highly dissatisfied. Instead of sending my purchase I receive more letters about further delaying the item. It was intended to be a Christmas gift. I fear it may not arrive in time."

I ordered 2 things one was wrong color and the other was missing parts and it took me 2 weeks to get the right label from these people to return it after 5 phone calls and 3 wrong labels! Now you have my items and it has been over month and I still have NOT gotten my money back...I ordered this on OCT. 24th! I have called many times and they keep giving my the run around! "The product I received was not exactly as you displayed on your site. Not happy with that but the service was good. The ugly Christmas sweater I received is not exactly what you advertise. When you see the picture of the sweater there is a front and back design but the sweater I received only has a front design and not a back. The reason I wanted this sweater was because of the "front" and “back” design. I am disappointed in the product received, not what I ordered or adverstised. "
