Case # 2679569 and case #2679556 are still missing.
Two items were charged to my visa card. Nov. 17 for $21.75 and on Dec. 10 for $21.73."

"We bought the Mr. Christmas Super Laser and are really disappointed in it. Possibly the one we have is a defect, or dud, not sure.. It only works for about 5-10 minutes, then lazier fades out. When it does work, it isn't impressive at all and it does not look as advertised. Should of known better by the obviously photoshopped picture. "After calling twice to ask about when my item would be shipped, I cancelled my order because your customer service rep couldn't tell me if/when it would ship. This was 12 days after initially placing my order. Now you have shipped it to me after I cancelled. I will not use skymall again for shopping.

I have done a lot of online shopping and have never had this type of problem or inaction. Now...during the holiday season your customer service line is closed all weekend. So I cannot speak to anyone until Monday (it is currently Friday night after you have closed....your email notifying me that my item had shipped was sent after you closed). Part of why I shop online is for convenience and this experience has been most inconvenient and frustrating. "
