" You have a very incompetent staff of FOOLS, from the person that took the order not taking the correct address to over ordering an item from one to two of the same Item, to not delivering the other two items. When I contacted the resolution dept. Which she was extremely RUDE in the way she treated me as a paying customer all she could say was that she was very sorry and that I would have to contact UPS to ensure that the address was corrected. When I contacted UPS they told me that I would have to contact Sky Mall to make the corrections, I have done so and no resolution to my problem. I have had to rearrange my travel plans due to your staff’s high level of Incompetence!!!!!! This was my first order to sky mall and I assure YOUI will never order from your company again and will let everyone that I know not to bother with such an INCOMPETENT Company. I have cancelled the order and hope that you can do that right!!! If you need to contact me please feel free to do so, I can let you know how you derailed my Christmas plans. And the 3.5 hours I spent on the phone with this CO."

"The order I placed was initially listed as IN STOCK, and I was only told several days after placing the order (at which point I had no other options) that the items were on backorder and would not arrive for several weeks later than originally promised. In addition, SkyMall does not allow for gift cards to be placed in packages."

Customer service is non-existent and when you were able to get through to someone after making incredible efforts, they were completely indifferent and not at all helpful. We could not get Christmas gifts shipped timely when we ordered them long before Christmas and were promised a quick delivery. Then we could never get anyone at SkyMall to give us timely or helpful information. Save yourself a lot of time, expense, trouble, frustration and regret and order what you want from somewhere else. There are plenty of vendors who will value your business. "
"Absolutely horrible customer service. I am still waiting on a refund for an order from over a month ago. When you call SkyMall, they just keep telling you to call back in a few more days. Then they tell you that it's up to the 'vendor'. The vendor says they're waiting on SkyMall. It's a vicious circle. I would never order from them again."
