"Crappy crappy service. I ordered a coolermaster case from so-trickcomputers.com, and it arrived on time, but was the wrong color and not the correct model (did not have the side window). Not wanting to deal with having to ship things back, I ordered a side window replacement and a samsung floppy drive as well the following week. I received an email stating I should be receiving it in 3 business days. Great. Well, 2 months later, I finally receive my side door, but no floppy drive. Emails go unanswered, the phone is always busy, I can never get in contact with anyone. It has now been 2 and 1/2 months since my last order, and I have yet to receive all of my order, yet have a charge on my card for it. I am very frusturated and will NEVER be doing business with this company again, as well as warning all my friends to do the same.

"I can't comment on returns because I haven't had to return anything, however their shipping was very fast. I ordered an X-Trac mousepad and it was packaged very well and arrived within 2 days through the Postal Service. The only negative I would say is that I wasn't provided with an automated tracking number like some companies do, but since it was shipped so fast that didn't matter much.

"I ordered a LLU2CRS Lian Li USB 2.0 Card Reader from so-trickcomputers.com on 8-26-2003. I received my automated confirmation emails that night. The website showed there was one unit in stock, and the emails I receive did not express otherwise. I just received this unit today (9-16-2003), the USPS packing slip shows the PO received it on 9-15-2003, and my credit card was billed on 9-27-2003. I am displeased that the item took so long to get here and that my credit card was billed immediately, especially since I was not notified the item may have been backordered. Granted, I probably should have called to check a week ago, I really haven't had time lately to follow up on non-critical pc parts. In general so-trickcomputers.com seems like a pretty good company, but they need to reevaluate their billing/shipping system so something like this doesn't happen in the future."

The website said they where out of stock on a 24" cable so when I e-mail support they corrected the webiste to reflect their curent stock of cables. I completed my order easily without having to jump though hoops to make a new account and all though the secure protocol. The next day I found that I had made a mistake in my order and called so-trickcomputers' 1-888 number. I didn;t have to wait long before someone answered and was able to get my order corrected before it was shipped.

I have not received my order since it is only getting shipped today, but so far the customer service from so-trickcomputers is top notch and I would recomend them to anyone looking to buy goods online."

"So-Trick will treat you right. I have talked to numerous people at the company and every single time they have been extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I placed an order on Friday afternoon for some rounded IDE cables, fans, and a premod Enermax case. It shipped first thing Monday morning and arrived Friday via FedEx (Cali to Ohio).

All of the components were excellent quality which surprised me a lot. They were priced so well I was expecting budget parts, but these were "Grade A" parts.

The only issue I has was taken care efficiently. FedEx had managed to break one of the drive bay covers on the case. This was addressed with Kitty and later Robert, and a new one should be here soon.

Overall So-Trick has surprised me in every aspect of how I previously thought an online retailer should operate. I cannot recommend them enough and look forward to placing all my future computer parts orders with them.
