"My computer can only run Catalina 10.15 and what I bought did not work after I was assured that it would. I specifically ask for a version that would be compatible with Catalina and what I received did not work. After contacting them they did refund my purchase for incompatibility even though the version I received was supposed to work. "

"I could not make Excel and Word work on my Mac after having had Microsoft 365. I could not get rid of the hold it had on my computer. I emailed Softwarekeep that the programs were not working; they reached out to me immediately (Daniel) but I was not available. I called them back and Joe came to the rescue. He was able to remotely activate the new programs so that I can create and save in both as well as edit older documents and save the edited versions. He says he is now my personal technician. Hopefully, I will not need to overwork him!
