"I had troubles with my activation of MS Access. Some kind of glitch with Microsoft I guess. I saw the "activate by telephone" but shied away from it. Daniel emailed me step-by-step instructions which was a great help. The phone activation all automated which was a relief. Anywho...all is just ducky now. "I wasn't able to install the CAL for 1 User with my Windows Server Standard 2022, after I'd upgraded it from 2019 a couple of weeks ago. However, Joe connected to me and tried to see if there was a possible fix for a couple of hours while nteracting with me, but that was not possible. He did indicate that a refund for the product key would happen, which was very good to hear for him about it and it was very helpful of him to work with me. The refund to my Paypal occured a couple of days later (04/10/23), which was nice to see, then the paypal removal of that cost in my bank happened later (04/14/23). Hopefully a resell by y'all of this product key to someone else has success."

"Microsoft Office 2021 disappeared from my Mac when deleted Microsoft because it kept wanting me to pay for Office 365.
I chatted with the Software Store (aka Software Keep) where I had bought it but that did not help me. Then Daniel from Software Store phoned me and talked me through how to go to Microsoft's web site and sign in and it showed the product I had bought and I could re download it and it works as it should without trying to make me buy a subscription. Daniel said if it happens again after Software Updates or whatever, to call them again and they will fix it again. I had resigned myself to making do with freeware because I wasn't paying for Office again! I am very appreciative of Daniel's help."
