"Recently the metal tab to the security key for our Sole F80 broke. Our treadmill is only 11 month old, however, I was not sure if the security key breaking would be considered a warranty item. I received a response within 2 days. However, the information I provided when creating the claim did not come through for the customer service rep, Khristian W., who was assisting me. I emailed Khristian the details of what was going on and heard back again in 2 days requesting a picture, as apparently the picture I submitted when generating the claim did not come through either. After emailing a picture of the broken key I received notice that they would be sending me a new security key, a new module (as that may or may not also be part of the issue I am having), and they have scheduled a local tech to come assist me with replacing the module, if necessary. All together only took 1 week to get everything addressed. Currently waiting for the key and module to arrive so I can then schedule with the tech as needed. Khristian W. was super helpful and efficient at getting my issue resolved. Great customer service"
