"Purchased an EnGenius EOC2611 Wireless Access Point. Really like the EnGenius products and Solid Signal had the best price. Unfortunately it arrived DOA and needed to be returned, and Solid Signal was out of product. So the bad news was DOA (it happens) and a delay in the replacement. That said, Solid did the RMA no problem and sent regular email updates during the delay. Ultimately, the 'ship to' address for the replacement changed from the orginal order and Solid handled it (to my total surprise) with no problem. VERY pleased with SOLID SIGNAL and would highly recommend."

"I filled out the Antenna Help Request form. They got back to use promptly. Essa gave me his direct line for any questions. I called him with a list of questions, which he answered everyone (with a smile). He took the order at that point. It arrived when he said it would. I installed the 8200 Winegard antenna and rotor. I called tech support with a question on grounding, which Cliff answered, again with a smile. I say a smile because I have 20 + years in the hospitality industry. I can tell when someone cares and likes their job, it shows. You can hear it in their voice. We fired the plasma TV up. Now with the rotor and the 8200, we pickup multiple stations, off two different mountains. The picture quality is outstanding. So long Dish TV and 80 bucks extra in our pocket each month. 1st let me thank you for your good shipping and the quality of your product.
We never had a good AT&T cell phone signal in our home but it worked.
We were in need of new roof and we went with metal as it gave us the best protection.
Well just as they finished we noticed that we were not getting ANY signal at ALL now.
We tried the AT&T 3G MicroCell and that did not work at all.
When I was looking/searching I noticed your ZBoost YX510 PCS-CEL product.
Well let me tell you it dose everything that you say and then some.
I 1st installed it on the inside of a window and got 2 bar in just about every room.
Ok let's move on to the next step
I than installed the antenna temporary on a PVC pipe out side and 3 ft above the edge of the roof.....
NOW the signal has gone up to FULL strength 5 bars.
Ok let's move on to the final step
I now have moved it to it's final location, top of signal antenna is approx 4 ft above the edge of the roof and has a clear path to the cell phone tower (some trees and houses in that direction) ran the wire through the attic (in 90+ deg temp), placed the Base unit on top of the kitchen cabinets.
Well we can now use our Cell phones in any room of the house including the back patio area.

"Very disappointed with this transaction. Placed order on 7/23/10 and paid via Google checkout. Received an email via Google checkout that the order shipped on 7/26/10 via UPS. As of 8/3/10 had not received the order so checked the status on www.solidsignal.com which stated the order was (In Process). Sent an order status request via Google checkout that day asking for a tracking number. Did not receive a response within 24 hours so repeated the request on 8/4/10. That evening I found a FedEx door tag at home saying an "in person" signature was required. Asked FedEx to deliver Saturday since I would be at work the other days. No response was received from Solid Signal regarding my order status requests. On Saturday 8/7 received the Solid Signal order via FedEx, not UPS as stated in the shipment notification. Also, FedEx tracking shows the order shipped on 7/30/10, not 7/26/10. Have to rate Solid Signal 1 out of 5 for lack of and inaccurate communication plus sending a $50 item with an "in person" signature required. I should be able to choose to sign a door tag and accept responsibility for loss if the package is left at my door. Won't be ordering from Solid Signal again. This was way too big a hassle."
"More than pleased with the AntennaCraft mast mounted amplifier for FM. I had an amp that was so-so before but this amp is awesome. I live in a fringe area with very few FM stations nearby and this amp is pulling in crystal clear FM from stations 200 or more miles away. "Hi, I just want everyone to know what an excellent experience I had with both the ordering, and product that I received at Solid Signal. I ordered a Terk HDTVlp Indoor (lp stands for low profile) Antenna. The ordering process was exceedingly simple, with their built in help and information on their website. (I am a 56 year old woman, what do I know about antennas??) They had a way to do comparisons between antennas, and information about each antenna. I felt like I was making an informed decision! And once I made my decision, and bought the antenna I wanted, I received it very quickly, and it worked beyond my expectations!
