"My order was placed, packaged and shipped timely and SOMA gave me the tracking numbers showing delivery was to be expected on 11/22 via USPS. Well the postal service has (again) started delaying deliveries of packages. When I contacted SOMA customer service they refunded the money (good) but won’t give me expedited shipping at no cost for replacement because the original delivery date was within the time allotted. I find this to be ridiculous because I never received the original shipment and now it’s two weeks past the original delivery date. I gave 3 stars because I recognize that USPS is the problem since they’re not delivering the order. On the other hand I would think that SOMA would send a second shipment with expedited delivery via a different carrier at no shipping cost to me. "
"If you try the bra on and wear it in the house for a couple hours they will not take it back for exchange for a different size if it didn’t fit. How are you supposed to know if it fits. If you don’t try it on and wear it fit a bit?!?!? Terrible return policy. Terrible ignorant customer service rep too! "

While I understand shipments get delayed I feel an email should have been sent. In addition I feel that my order should be easier to cancel then calling a phone number. "
