"They shipped me 7 pairs of underwear instead of 4 pajama items. The packing slip was for the items I ordered. When I asked what I could do or how they would help they simply said to return the items and order the right ones again. Of course the paperwork didn’t make that possible - I had no mechanism to return them. Highly unsatisfactory experience and I am a GOOD customer for these folks - have been for years. Dissapointing. I called on Christmas Eve, they never offered to help me find the items at local stores or alternative items for my order that I do not even have a tracking number to track it myself!
