No email updates, no communication from anyone. I had to track it down by calling soma. If a delay was expected, you should have notified me. Customer abc rep was nice and said they changed delivery companies. Not using sho runner anymore, why wasn’t I notified? Very poor communication, I shouldn’t have to track down what happened to my order. "
