I think that’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ve ordered from you before and had absolutely no problem and I also realize this is Christmas time and that of course delivery issues can occur but to not even look into the problem is a little ridiculous. "I ordered a gift for my wife for Hanukkah in November. The order was two pairs of PJ's that were in stock.
Two weeks later, the order had still not arrived. I contacted customer service, only half hour on hold waiting for someone to answer, and supplied my order number. The young lady told me that one item was getting ready to ship, and the other was on back order. REALLY ???. I informed her that I purchased these items over two weeks ago. She told me that I would receive one pair shortly, and the other will go out shortly afterwards. Well, a month later, December 23 I received the first pair... only 4 weeks in shipping for an in stock item from Florida is ridiculous. Who knows when if and when I will receive the other item.
Soma had the Gaul to send me a customer service survey. I completed the survey, and they responded stating " It can not be published to the website, but.... Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing and we hope to publish next time !"
