"Understanding that we are in the midst of a pandemic and shipping has been delayed for most companies, I placed an order on December 1st. Thinking I provided plenty of time for the order to be picked and shipped and delivered, but that is not the case. Here it is December 23rd and I still have not received my package. It shipped a week after I placed the order and has been in limbo since then. I'm hopeful that it arrives in time for Christmas and appreciate the work everyone is doing to make the holidays as best as we can this year. "

Called customer service on 12/14 and she said she would expedite (2-3 day shipping) the bottoms since it was their mistake. It is now 9 days later (12/23) and they still have not arrived. This was a Christmas present. Will need to return now since I purchased something else for her. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the customer service lady was polite. When I try to track the items I am told the delivery date will be updated once details are provided by the carrier. It's now December 23rd and I still do not have the items I ordered, nor do I have any delivery details. I'm really hoping I get these items at some point, I paid for them."
