"Ordered a present for a friend. 2 weeks went by with no email order confirmation. Soma would not answer email or chats. Phone call to customer service stated order ready for shipment. 3 weeks after I placed the order Soma canceled it. Have not received a refund."
"On Black Friday I placed an order, My order got timed out during the payment being processed so I started another order. About 20 minutes after I received my second confirmation email, I received another confirmation email from the first order. I called Custoner Service and spent 55 minutes on hold and was disconnected. I called again in the morning and was told there was nothing they could, if I would have called right away they could of canceled the 1st order. I explained that I was on hold and was disconnected and she mentioned that they were probably busy. I asked if I could cancel at that time and she said the label was already generated and could not be cancelled and I should receive the items soon. I now had to wait for the delivery and then return it to the store. I did not receive my items for 11 days so clearly the order could have been cancelled and after the return I had to wait the full 5 days for the refund."

"Order not received and finding out when delivery was expected was difficult. Had to call and be on hold for 15 minutes just to hear it was on the way. However, never arrived. "
"My mom received a pair for surgery as a gift and they were incredibly soft and comfy. They seem to run a little small however. I ordered additional pairs for myself for Christmas and family members for gifts for Christmas. Unfortunately, items have been backordered, which caused confusion because when my credit card was charged it wasn't from Soma, but the parent company of Chico and it took me some time to realize what the charge was and that it wasn't a fraudulent charge. "

Response.. “All our packages are delayed by US Post Office”. Requested order cancellation, response “We can’t do that”, so I challenged the charge on my credit card. Will never shop at Soma again"
