"I ran into Soma to make a return, but, as always, I began shopping before I even made it to the cash register. I picked up about 7 things before I was even greeted! I then had to ask if someone could start a fitting room for me. (SERIOUSLY!!) I inquired about a particular bra and was given one in a different color with them telling me if I liked it, they could order the one of my choosing. But... no one came back to my fitting room to see how I was doing or to inquire if I needed any different sizes. Unfortunately for Soma, all were too large and I was just too tired and rushed to dress, find my size and try on again. So, I left with nothing. The service is absolutely horrendous!! "

"When I placed the order I wasn't aware items were on backorder. I read I should get items within two weeks. It wasn't until after I placed the order that I realized all my items were on backorder. I never would have placed order had it been clear. Having said that, I did receive my items before Christmas, which was my goal. "
