"I just moved from Carlsbad CA to Reno NV and ordered stuff online. I went to the local store to exchange 2 items. The store clerk was wonderful with me but the store manager made me feel uncomfortable. She shoed away the store clerk who was helping me. She had no idea that I made the exchange and was buying MORE! She wouldn’t even let the store clerk explain. She took my return bag “to hold at the checkout” - like I was going to steal! As I was checking out she made the clerk check out someone else. I don’t know what I did to make the manger feel like I was sketchy. I had my 6 yr old son with me and he stayed glued to me. We followed covid rules. I just have no idea what prompted the manager to take me as a problem. But what ever it was - it made me feel very uncomfortable and very unwanted in her store. I won’t be back. I’ll stick to online but for someone who loves soma - it makes me a little mad that I can’t visit the ONLY store in town. Carlsbad CA store always made me feel welcome and the sales girls are awesome! Reno store was no comparisons to the Carlsbad store. Reno should take lessons. "
"I placed an order on Nov. 29. The item was due to arrive on Dec. 10. It didn't. I also had not received a notice that it had shipped, so I called customer service and learned that it had indeed been shipped. I asked for a tracking number and was able to track it. I arrived on Dec. 15."

The order was placed on 12/1 and I finally received it on 12/20. It said it was shipped on 12/9 and then sat in Atlanta which is only 2-1/2 hrs from my home. I do love what I received."
