"Let me begin by saying that I love these cool nights ankle length pajamas! I am 5'3" so this is the perfect length for me and they are sooo comfortable. Now, onto my experience comments. I placed an order on 11/26 and received an order confirmation. After that, crickets. I reached out on 12/6 to ask about my order. I didn't receive a reply until 12/9 saying my items were back ordered and if I wanted to cancel, to please do so. I didn't, and lo and behold my order shipped the next day. Great, but I wish there was better communication."

"Three Items were ordered on November 30th. On December 4th I was informed that one of the items was on back order. On December 11th I was informed that the other two items were held up at some location in Georgia. That day I decided to send an email to customer service asking about my items. As of 12/21 I still have not heard back from customer service. I did receive two of the items on December 15th but my tracking info never updated so I was unaware of when they would arrive until they did. On the same day, December 15th, I received an email informing me that the other item had shipped. However, when you open that email and click the link to the tracking, it shows it as scheduled for delivery on December 14th and delivered on December 15th. So I am unable to track that package because tracking believes it has already arrived. I still cannot get ahold of customer service. Obviously these are Christmas presents, so the lack of information is frustrating. What should I do? Not buy from Soma again is the only thing I can think of."
"I ordered many Christmas items at the end of November and after poor communication and late delivery, I finally received my items. I emailed customer service about a possible exchange in size/color for my items. They sent me back an email saying they are too busy to respond and to try the chat function online. I tried the chat function and it said unavailable. How do I reach customer service during covid without going into a store? Very disappointed. I don’t want to return my items, but I can’t figure out how to exchange. "

Giving pajamas to each other is a long standing tradition.
I called their customer service number and could not get through.
I also emailed them and received an email from them that they are too busy getting orders ready and could not respond to my email!!!
