"I encountered one of the rudest people in customer service. I ordered Nov 30 and was told by the customer service rep that I would not get my full order by Christmas and she couldn't tell me when it would get to me. My order consisted of 3 items, all Christmas gifts. I ordered pjs, which meant I would get a pair of slipper socks at no cost (according to their special). My tracking began showing the slippers were back ordered, but the lady I spoke with said they were out and didn't know if they'd ever get them back in stock. I told her they were advertised as free and she basically said, too bad--you're not getting them, this was only good as long as they lasted.
When time went on, I was very concerned I wouldn't get my order at all, so I ordered locally and asked for curbside. Well, forget that--I called about 5 minutes after the store opened and let the phone ring for at least 40 times, hung up, tried again. Someone in the store picked up the phone and disconnected the call. I love Soma products, but seriously, I don't know how they have continued business with the way they treat their customers. "

"I paid the extra $17 to get faster shipping, understood that with the holidays and COVID stuff things would be slower than usual. But it took about twice as long as it was supposed to. I asked for and received a refund on the extra shipping $$. I would use Soma again, but would not trust the shipping times they post--I'd just double it. So not for an emergency gift."

The only responde I got from customer service was they had no evidence of an order from me. All the while, my package was delivered a month later. "
"I ordered November 27th and never received an email stating that it shipped out until December 15th. I called and Juan has the perfect customer service, I give him a 5 stars!! It’s the 21st and still no package, I expected delays and I have had problems before with your shipping and had to reorder everything again. The emails give you an option to track the package but it shows no data. I hope this gets to me by Christmas! I also sent an email to customer service on the December 12th and never got a response! I love your products but not a very happy client at this time.

"The product was shipped in a timeframe to allow it to arrive by Christmas, but as of right now it has spent 5 days enroute between Atlanta and Greenville SC. Which is a 150 mile drive. While this isn’t really Soma’s fault as it was shipped on Dec. 15th, I am getting worried that the package may not arrive by Christmas."
