"This is a two-part review - the site and customer service. First, the site.

I placed an order for an order for a car stereo and expected the check out price to be the price I paid. Apparently, the site has a little trick where it doesn't make clear unless you click a couple of buttons that the installation kit is not "free", but rather is a credit against the cost, and if the actual cost is higher, they're going to want to charge you more before the transaction can be completed. That to me is misleading, regardless of what their lawyer might think. I cancelled this transaction as a result.

On the other hand, their customer service was excellent. They did call me to explain the extra charge and while the operator would have preferred to get me to complete the transaction, the operator did accept my cancellation without fuss and the credit was promptly sent to my credit card.

If they could fix the website, I would not have any qualms about recommending them based on the customer service, but to me the website is a serious problem, and until there is check-out price that matches the actual cost, I cannot recommend this site (although if you understand there little trick, and it doesn't bother you, I don't see a problem for you)."
