"Very good selection ,Fast shipping to Canada , I have bought from them twice and everything arrived as per tracking number and i even had a problem with the first order that i made where I made the mistake of buying a set of door speakers but it was not a set it was sold as individual and i only got one , so i e-mailed them that night and by morning the order had been interupted to include the extra speaker and my credit card was charged accordingly and everything was depicted in the e-mail, i was quite impressed / People say they sell refurbished products... that may be true but they will state it as refurbished or new ,, think of this " your telling me that Focal and soundstream and other really good names out there are getting thousands of subs and amps back and fixing them only to somehow loose them to these guys that re-sell it all in perfect boxes without a scratch, makes sense to me .... and yes you will have no manufacturers warranty but your box will come with instruction to keep all packaging as well as all paperwork and should the product be faulty due to whatever reason they will just replace the product with the same or close to the same product / and all these people whining because they have to pay the shipping // think about it ..if they paid the shipping people could just decide they dont like their product and sonic would pick up the tab for many returns that would have nothing to do with product being bad, you do take a risk buyinmg from these guys but your getting a good deal. "My order was split into two deliveries one arrived at my address in South Africa on 2012-10-19 but the other parcel was delivered to Australia according to the USPS.com tracing service.
The problem is that for the last 3 days I am left in the dark since the Sonic Electronix team is not responding to my support requests. I have place a $1300 order with these guys and now do not know what is happening.
It has now been more than 5 days since I have raised this support request. How is it that you take so long to track my parcel and let me know what is going on?
I have place this order on 2012-10-22 after confirming that you had the items in stock, except for the BLD’s that was supposed to come in two days later.
The shipment was only send on 2012-11-08, that’s 18 days later.
Now 14 days later on the 2012-11-22 my package is delivered to Australia and you guys are not answering my support requests.
Come on guys what is the problem here!
Just to get the facts strait. I lodged the no-delivery query on Monday 19 November after seeing on the USPS.com tracking site that my parcel with tracking number CJ238251057US arrived in Australia. And yes you did reply on the same day that you have started USPS and internal tracing. But the problem is that you still have not clarified where my parcel is!
Your reply “Upon review the tracking details, our tracer was successful and your first shipment was delivered as of yesterday. The second package was last scanned only a few days ago: it's currently undergoing the customs clearance process.”
Your above reply is not accurate. My first parcel was delivered to me on 19 November and my second parcel, according to USPS.com was delivered to an address in Australia on November 22, 2012, 4:15 pm.
So the fact is that 7 days after I lodged the no-delivery query you still have not confirmed where my parcel is.
I am aware of your 24 to 48 hour response time on queries but I was hoping that for a high priority query such as a lost parcel to the value of $970 you would be more prompt on your reply’s and not leave your client in the dark for 4 days. Especially considering that you took 18 day to process my order.
I simply need you to clarify the where abouts of my parcel and to give me an ETA on the delivery.

After contacting Sonic Electronix Telephonically and speaking to Larsen Greenburg. He informed me that the USPS parcel tracing service can take up to 22 working days. This was not acceptable to me.
After explaining my position Larsen agreed to reship my parcel at no extra cost to me!
He also provided me with a copy of the “Customs Declaration Despatch Note”. This shows clearly my correct address. So I have to conclude that Sonic Electronic is not to blame for the miss delivery of my parcel.
The next day I received conformation of the reshipment of my order and are now awaiting delivery to South Africa.
