I returned all of my items and my refund was $175 less then what it should have been in addition to charging $15 to my account without my authorization. I would never recommend purchasing from them. I was really angry by this situation (i would like to be notified as soon they detect a problem. It seem that many companies do those kinds of practice; do nothing when there is a problem, not advise the customer and ship it when they receive it). I've contacted an agent at their customer service called Larsen G gave me all the information about the problem, very easy to get contact with him, without his nice and detailed replies, i would had cancelled the item and changed supplier for my car audio.
